How's your Valentine's Day?
I spent mine on the city streets talking to some Romanians begging for money. Mendicancy is a hotly-debated topic in Norway. Yesterday, the city council of Kristiansand voted against a resolution that would make it illegal to sleep on the streets or under the city's Vestervei bridge.
